Moab was a great trip....and no I don't have pics to prove it. I will post a few when I get my hands on them.
Thursday on the way to Moab, I had the opportunity to play midwife to a bovine. The little hefer was going to have a large calf and it was her first , so I helped Lee and Stacie Moss with a few ropes and twine. We pulled, and pulled. The whole story is pretty cool. Kewl enough to be told in person, or for me to make more time to write it up. Lets just say I was pretty sure the Calf wasn't going to make it. I prayed out there in the pasture while hauling on the rope, and was calmed enough to know that our efforts were not in vain. Short story...the calf is still with us and so is the mama. Dark moon, as Quincy named the calf, is struggling to walk but he is doing well. I'll post some pics later.
